Meet Tom
Putting the customer first and providing fast, reliable service is Tom’s entrepreneurial trademark.
Before taking over for his father Al Whitestone, the founder of Custom Industrial Services, Tom was the founder and CEO of TurboLaw Software.
Tom has a knack for making complicated things simple through efficient systems and always ensuring his customers have everything they need when they need it.
When not helping his customers, you’ll find him fishing or hiking with his dog Okemo.
He’s excited to carry on the family business and continue bringing superior service with the personal care he believes all his customers deserve.
Meet Okemo
Though just 2 years old, Okemo brings a wealth of knowledge about treats and being a good boy to the Custom Industrial team. During working hours, his primary task is foot warmer.
Meet Dani
Dani is here to ensure our customers always feel valued and ensure environmental managers know that if they are struggling with their waste removal, we’re here for them.
She also comes from a technology background as cofounder of TurboLaw Software where she served as the director of sales and marketing.
When not working, Dani enjoys mentoring and coaching business owners as well as playing with her amazing dog Holland.
Dani’s is excited to help current and future customers thrive in their companies and lives through working with Custom Industrial Services.
Meet Holland
Holland loves cheese and playing ball. During working hours, he ensures that Mom knows (loudly) when deliveries are being made.
Meet Tristan
Tristan is the third generation to be part of Custom Industrial Services and helps with marketing but also has an interest in learning accounting.
Beyond the office, he enjoys running and the company of his pug, Apollo, who brings an extra dose of joy and camaraderie to our workplace.
Meet Apollo
Apollo enjoys food, food, food, pets and naps. His official work duty is serving as our Director of “Pug-Lick” relations.
Meet Jessica
Meet Jessica, our helpful support team member! She works as an administrative assistant making sure everything runs smoothly and our customers get awesome service. With her great attention to detail and organizational skills, Jessica handles building and renewing profiles, and supports both our team and customers. Outside of work, you'll find her immersed in a good book or hiking.
